just like fallout 3 u can still do the same here
1: go to any store no matter ur barter skill or how many money u got
2: look for 2 weapons that are the same and buy the one whit less value and confirm, now sell it back to him and confirm, now buy the cheaper again and confirm, keep doing it
3: if he only has 1 weapon but u have one sell ur weapon confirm and now buy the cheaper one which is urs if both are the same value buy ur weapon and start shooting so it can loose value and sell it back again
4:you can get the whole store if u whant to for free by doing this

@trancejelle no it works with any trader but gun runners i think ive never been able tro do it with gun runners :( hope this helped

@ChevasWasHere Then you are bartering with somebody who also has a high percentage on their barter skill, find people with low a low barter skill. Fallout wiki should give you good locations. I just found a glitch where I can get unlimited ammo and guns at the legions camp lol. So I just keep getting tons of guns repair them to perfect and sell them when I need money. Which I don't really, I am sitting at 30,000 and have not sold or bought anything in a long time.

@ChevasWasHere Because you had a low barter skill. This is not a glitch, he just didn't know it was because he used all his points when leveling up on his barter skill so when he sells items he can barter for a better price because of his high barter skill if that makes sense.

This is not a glitch, this only works when you have a high barter skill lol. Not everybody can do this, only those who increase their barter skill a lot.
