I remember playing this game when it came out or so. I used to think this game was the shit! Now it looks like shit! lol but I remember I used to love his sneaking lines like "tip toe, here we go!" Something like that when you go into the bondage club place. But the voice of the General sounds like Mako. He was in The Sand Pebbles w/Steve McQueen & was in the movie Pearl Harbor as Admiral Yamamoto. The developers went to the trouble of hiring talent. Kinda cool realizing that now!

What makes him a challenge however, is that hes fireproof, and he trys to lead your ass to the fire.
So pretty much, just stay away from the fire, and it should take 1 try to beat him.
