@bblaschke Yeah they did break the law. That's the point, they didn't agree with the law. Since your so fond of MLK, maybe you should remember how Rosa Parks "breaking the law" when she refused to stand up and give up her seat to a white man. Police later came and arrested her did they not? If every1 was like you, then no law would ever be broken, and no law would ever change.

There was no police brutality. They resisted arrest and the police did what was necessary to gain compliance. I think the law banning dancing there is stupid but they still broke it and then resisted arrest. I hate how he ruins such a noble cause by acting like he was a victim of some sort of police brutality. The awe inspiring M.L. King NEVER resisted arrest when he took part in civil disobedience. Kokesh either doesn't understand police use of force or he is a liar. I hope it is the first one

I completely support this movement and everything but he deliberately set up an event to piss the cops off, he knew it was going to irritate them, why else would he choose the Jefferson Memorial and dancing? Then go into all these technicalities to justify it. He admitted he was peacefully disobeying the law, they KNEW they were, then they pretend to not know why they're getting arrested... seriously? Let's try a different approach Adam.
