Chikita Violenta, "Laydown"

Although this song was originally recorded in 2005 in Toronto with Broken Social Scene producer David Newfeld, it seems most of the world is just now coming around to hearing the album it came from, the Stars & Suns Sessions, maybe the world was just sleeping. Who knows? Chikita Violenta have decided to take advantage of all the new attention by putting together this new video for "Laydown" with director Pablo Dávila, who edited together old 8mm reels found in bandmember Andrés "Guero" Velasco's grandmother's closet with brand new 8mm-looking footage of the band and all the folks from the original films

No es precisamente una maravilla, pero aun asi me gusta! Me parece bastante fresco y la canción es una de las mejores del disco. David Newfield hizo un buen trabajo con ellos. Viva Quiero Club
