A quick demonstration as to why Marauders are VERY difficult to stop with any sort of gateway unit in the early game.

THIS VIDEO IS NOT TO TALK ABOUT MARAUDERS BEING 'OP'. It is to show you why you REALLY need to have a certain plan when going against a Terran.

  • @MRILOVEBLUNTS1 sentry should also do 100 damage per second and have a gazillion health and shield

  • I think guardien shield for the sentry should be changed from overall damage reduction to basically removing any bonus attack

  • I really dont understand what the big deal is.. yes marauders are a strong unit .. so what. over all the races are pretty balanced I mean lets be real for a sec. what does toss have thats hard to deal with. DT mass blink stalkers colossus the fucking mother ship Templar with sci storm. Toss has plenty of crazy good units. like husky said its not an imbalance just some you have to deal with ... or whatever go play AI on easy

    

  • Although this video is very good and i agree that they are very hard to stop if they're that many, you usually get something more effective against them mass zealots/stalker/whatever if they actually get that many lol. I mean, if there were that many maruaders vs lings in equal supply they would still win because they're ranged. So i would say that zealots should hold them off just fine early game :)

  • i think they should remove the stimpack from the marauder, or maybe make the player build a factory before it can be researched, though i never play terran, so my opinion is probably biased :P

  • If you're Protoss against a Terran, and the Terran spams Marauders... Void rays like a cheese baws?
