  • @alloutkx450 Please contact our customer service department at customercare@jvc.com or 1-800-252-5722.

  • when i upload the video it turns out in terrible quality!

  • @MonctonScooting We'd like to help, but first need to know what model Everio you have. That will tell us which version of our software you're using, and then we can try to help. Thanks.

  • @JVCAmerica JVC EVERIO GZ-300

  • @MonctonScooting There are two ways to upload videos to YouTube when using an Everio Camera -- directly by going to YouTube’s web site and following their procedures, or you can use the provided Everio MediaBrowser software. When using the Everio software, you can change the quality of the video from standard quality to high quality. This affects how the video is compressed before uploading. We recommend using the high quality mode for better quality video, but uploading will take longer.

  • @Gman200108 You mean the .MTS files? Use a free program called "VLC media player" which you can download, it works fine. If you get strange lines on the video then you need to de-interlace first.

  • My JVC camera sucks because it records in a type of file that nobody or no program uses and the program they have to do the one touch upload crap also sucks because it turns out in horrible quality on YouTube. It's a great camera though for playing on your tv via HDMI but other than that it's useless. I want to upload 1080P on YouTube not 240P.

  • If you want to see the video possibilities of uploading videos to YouTube from the JVC HM200 see my latest video - Autumn in East Tennessee. -. Music by Willie Nelson used by special agreement between Google, YouTube, iTunes, Recording Company, and Amazon

  • I think it is way easier to just plug in my camera and go to YouTube

  • Holy crap JVC ... Couldn't have made it easier???? I don't have hours to waste !

    One touch upload, huh????

I thought I could just plug cam into my laptop and press one button to upload!!!! LOL

    Not quite!!!!

  • When I also upload my video's they are poor Quality?

  • I have a JVC everio GZ-MS230AU camcorder and when i export my videos from the camera and put them in a folder on my desktop they show up. But then when i try to edit them with windows movie maker 2.6 i go to the folder and they dont show up. They are in a .MOD file format as default. When i change the file format to something like .AVI or anything else and drag it on the timeline the video wont show up. I know you do not have anything to do with windows movie maker but maybe its something else
