The National Marine Life Center's new marine animal hospital will be elevated five feet to account for the flood plain. Now that the concrete foundation walls are built, we thought we'd take a look Inside the foundation walls. Bill from WW Reich, Inc. is placing insulation and Tyler from R&H Construction is placing fill in the area that will be beneath the sea turtle ward.
