  • who wants to be faster than an lt1 firebird? Who wants to think theyre faster as well?

  • @gnolhsobners they were just trying to have some fun and make it fair since the Tiburon was much faster than the Firebird

  • Firebird slowed down

  • @KevinJrBurnstv as he was getting reeled in

  • You can supercharge anything, this proves nothing.

  • @TrAncedGamer it proves a supercharged tiburon is faster than a stock-ish LT1

    supercharge a d series civic, i guarantee you it won't be faster than a stock-ish LT1

  • youtube, and most of the ppl on it, are so ridiculously mentally incompetent or otherwise severely deprived of brain matter it would be comical, if it weren't so sad.

yonkers has repeatedly stated that he knows the firebird owner, the tib is modded, the firebird is ~stock. The tiburon makes more power and is about the same weight, a little lighter? so i don't see how it being faster is so hard to believe. wait, this is the US, if u have a big engine, it is faster than a car w/ a small engine.

  • Agreed!

  • @yonkersracing it just shows that the tiburon is VERY tame from the factory and will respond astoundingly to modifacations, am i right?

  • @GTSRBOY , well considering a 120lb female owned and controlled the car I don't think it will be an issue as long as you are strong enough to hold the wheel straight, lol

  • How is the torque steer on a hopped up Tiburon? Its noticeable enough with the stock 185 fl/ lbs

  • @yonkersracing yeah, i know what you mean. usually it all comes down to what you can put to the ground and AWD almost always wins on that aspect. but i still prefer rwd. had 7 rwd and 1 fwd. fwd was awesome in the snow but rwd is more fun to drive all the time.

  • @timmypstyle I was not speaking about a LT1 specifically with my 2 gear race comment, it was just a general statement for stop light to stop light races....to me they don't indicate much unless it is a true 1/4 mile. I have seen 11 second mustangs that can't beat a 13 second WRX on the street because of tire setup and length of the race itself...point is, not necessarily the faster car wins in a stop light to stop light race
