hacks dont work for more then a sec if billz see's that you have lvled up from 1-60/70/80 you will get ban
also as proof that hacks dont work (for long) if you try a speed hack/state changer yes it will let you but then u get d/c

Leveling a char to lvl 70 with WPE is possible,but only on private servers......it doesn't work on official servers
