I guarantee you Dickrod is gone if Michigan shows no improvment next season. Bill martin, Dickrod, and the entire coaching staff will be fired, and Michigan will start from scratch. REAL wolverines fans like me won't tolerate losing for very long. I already can't tolerate it.
