@paranormaalutrecht Your ill-conceived words don't bring anything useful to people. If their product was certified to help allergy sufferers like me, who have this washing machine and know it works, what is the problem? I bet you don't have the machine and you never used one, so what grounds do you have to attack the product or the manufacturer? And who cares where it's made? We're in a globalised world right now, what matters is the quality of the product, not where it's made. Just shut up.

There are several things you can do to reduce allergens and improve indoor air quality:
1) Get your carpets cleaned professionally yearly
2) Get your air ducts and air handler cleaned professionally (search for duct cleaning here on YouTube for videos)
3) Vacuum your carpets at least twice weekly with a sealed HEPA Vacuum. (Bissell Healthy Home is a good model)
4) Use high-performance air filters for your HVAC (Heating and A/C), and change them regularly.
5) Replace your pillows at least yearly
