  • I got a question and need somesome tips I'm a pretty skinny dude and I want to beef up got any excersises for beginners i really want to get fit. Also I'd like to know some good foods to eat that are healthy and some foods to stay away from? All this from my home of course I find gyms to be a bit pricey and don't nearly have enough time cause i work alot.

  • @KingSizedDeath

Just eat real food. Stay away from empty, over processed snack food. Eat lots of protein, gets lots of sleep and train your muscles to failure.

  • Nice video. But push ups don't build the middle shoulders so my question is how do I build my middle shoulders without weights??

  • @lonnfeta

    Look up "pike" pushups

  • I like this...

How long do you rest between sets and how many sets do you do?

    Thanks

  • @anim8ruk

Rest as much as you need. Do as many sets as it takes your muscles to begin to fail after 3-5 push-ups.

  • Everyone thinks that exercise has to be hard. Once you cause your body to have a response to what you are doing, then you rest. Doing more is not going to cause the body to grow "extra."

  • @pradeepred10

Oh i see, thanks alot for your information, deeply appreciated

  • @HengSaoQianJun yeah dude ur spot on correct actually...but with actually when u want to put on muscle...u actually want to do it SLOW and BREATHE when ur doin it that is the deeper hidden trick. when it do it slow, 12 reps will be kinda hard as u progress and ull be at failure at the 3rd or 4rth set.

  • @jaredstauffer45 Dog what r u talking about...doin 12 SLOWLY is the real PUSHUP...not that fast like what hes doin...not sayin hes doin it wrong but in order to reach fauilure like he said...you have to go slow with these pushups ...SO...doin 12 is just FINE when u do it slow of course...cuz when u do it fast...u r NOT doin it for muscle gain...but ur doin it for FITNESS and ENDURANCE...there is a difference and i think u know this...;)

  • y not do ur max everytime. 12 is too easy

  • @VincentGrill

what it has asked me to.It talks

    achieve muscular physique.

Anyway, you got the name of the

    site mispelled.It should be:

  • Great video. I just have a question, wouldn't this be an endurance training if it takes 5-6 sets to get muscle failure? (sorry if this question seems silly, im a beginner)

  • push ups are really good i use to do a lot before i started doing weights and they built so much muscle in my upper body and gave me a lot of strength

  • @AL0229 hahaha
