This was the first-ever Solid-State Tesla Coil to sell on Ebay. It utilizes a half-bridge of IRF840 MOSFETs, 170VDC bus voltage, and a tiny 20-gauge primary coil at the bottom. The feedback topology is the old classic "electric field" feedback from a simple wire antenna. The circuit had a single IRF620 MOSFET at the bottom of the bridge to control start-up/shutdown with the push of the switch. A great little coil this was...and hopefully still is!
