While the convenience is nice, please read the label. Kraft is not disclosing the nutritional content of the product on their web site and there is no way to contact the product group without joining and liking their facebook page.

THEY ADD PARTIALLY HYDROGENATED OIL to the cream cheese. This equals transfats.....ignor what it says on a per serving basis.... most health authorities have urged consumers to avoid any product with partially hydrogenated oils added.
