Interesting woman, she seemed much more reserved and laidback than her writings would show. Very good writer, she made astrology interesting to millions. Her books are a delight.

aaahh, i wish i had the opportunity to have met her....unfortunately, she died before i was born...maybe i'll meet her when i learn to astro project....she has completely changed my life with her books

I bought her book Sun Signs as a teenager in 1995. I must say I was captivated by her picture, she looked so beautiful.

Looking at it now I see that it was a Jackie Kennedy type look and pose.

I had no ide when I bought the book that she was by that time a 69 year old.

So it seems I was fantasizing about an Old Age Pensioner, lol.

Great book.

Personally, I'm disappointed in Linda. When she was introducing astrology to everyone, she could have put in the forefront the idea of a complex birth chart making a complex personality where the sun illustrates one aspect, like self-awareness or the consciousness. Instead, she introduces astrology as boxing people into twelve stupid simplistic stereotypes and now everyone thinks of it as such.
