Its funny the car is in forest hills queens. I had one sitting in Jamaica queens for years until a few years ago.. I thought It was the last OLD, OLDS in queens.

If you knew Jack, This generation of oldmobile, was is 55- 56, 57-58 was a totally different animal, and you say you said you met a guy in the puget sound that owned a 56 olds? a baby blue one by anychance? as for my 455 rocket 88 comment, it was a fucking typo you queer, i ment to type 455 rocket V8.

nice! i met a guy here in Tacoma, Wa. that has the same car and if i remember correctly he has the NASCAR edition 324 under the hood. i mean my jaw frikkin' dropped when i saw the car, then to find out what was under the hood, it blew my mind. they just don't make cars with this level of class anymore.

dude are you illiterate or just this stupid normally? Tri-5 as in 1955, 1956, 1957 Oldsmobiles. you hardly see them on the road at all. and to correct you, it's a Rocket 455 in an Oldsmobile 88'. Oldsmobile has never to my knowledge made an engine called a 455 Rocket 88. not to brag, but i know a good chunk about Oldsmobile (not all of it by a long-shot). please read posts thoroughly then get the correct info before commenting. you have the internet at your fingertips, use it.

Wait, you say you wont see tripowered Oldsmobiles? urm, my father HAS a 56 olds rocket 88 with a 455 rocket 88.

Nice car. Im 16 and love these cars, I've got a 56 super 88 that im fixing up. I got lucky and paid 1000 bucks for it. The interior was redone and the motor was rebuilt but it was missing the generator, fuel pump, carburetor, and some vacuum lines. Still needs paint and a little bit of paint and body work though.

Yup... I had a 56 5 years ago, Sold it. Shouldnt of have... 324 Super rocket 2 dr HT.
