when Lindsay and Sarah skipped across the pond for three months in search of a hard working community that manages to avoid most of the modern day pressures we face on a daily basis.
The trip was mainly influenced by popular novel 'Plain Truths' by Jodie Picoult however not succeeding to find the real Katie we did however interact with with amish family man Ivan who expressed his dislike for new york his love for his children and wife Martha, and of course the big move from Lancaster County to Maine. :) also explaining how the amish are often wrongly portrayed in the media and in novels such as Plain Truths...
A big thanks to Rose the Mennonite who dealt with amusing questions very gracefully and for being very hospitable, "she was a lovely little thing." But of course they will never know about this video as they struggle with the concept of electronics....
we have accepted how obnoxious we are, its all good.
p.s ....As you can tell what is written above is entirely serious....amen..
