This is quite strange, I would have thought that if loose nuts had caused wheel loss then the nut guard ring would have come of first followed by the wheel. But the ring is still on the wheel, is this a hub failure? anyone know?

@Blueyluvscheese there was an inncident like that with First in Cornwall. Truro where the bus hit scafolding I would rather have Stagecoach here in the South West than First Bus
