Me playing the Keystone Kapers. I played these levels, to demonstrate the evolution of obstacle difficulty. They get upgraded one at a time, getting all upgraded by 1 at mentioned levels.
After completing level 16, the game starts over from level 16, i.e. there is no further difficulty increase. It continues until the player loses all lives :)
I edited the video to delete my failures and also to make smooth transitions between skipped levels, as if they were not skipped at all.
