Here is Bruce Hatfield from Serious Fitness in Coburg demonstrating the correct form for Shoulder Press on the Powertec Multi System.
You couldn't pick a better person to learn the tricks of the trade from than Bruce. He is a competitive natural bodybuilder and personal trainer. Plus he has clocked up years of training on the Powertec and Ironmaster Gym Equipment.
