The object of concealed carry is self defense, not murder. You don't need to be packing so much heat that when the opurtunity to use it arrives you get to blow their damn head off, you just need a deterent, and at most something thats going to STOP the person from doing whatever it is when they are hit. I wouldn't care that they got away and I didn't kill them, just the fact that I'm alright and so is everyone else.
