  • What do u mean by finding a comfortable spot in your leg and releasing the kink to drain the fluid?

  • @CdaMANN96 I mean you need to feel this in your knee so the pain goes away so your knee won't swell anymore...

  • Thanks so much for this video!!! This is exactly the problem I am having, but also notice that when I lie in bed with my leg raised, and it's not throbbing from the fluid, the swelling does go down. So you are ABSOLUTELY right!!! The only thing I didn't like about this video was the birds in the background. Distracting, listening to two sounds at once was hard for me...Anyhow...THANK YOU!

  • @deborahlynneb - Hey Deborah...I told the birds to leave but they didn't listen! :) Anyhow, think of unkinking the garden hose...there is a kink in your leg which does not allow your body to drain the swelling in your knee when you are standing. Get the garden hose unkinked and the swelling will go away on its own...Go to The knee Pain Guru Dot Com and get my free report...It will tell you a lot more...

  • That is so strange the doctor says the same thing as you are saying even though they have not gotten a reading of the MRi from the radologist.First know bending then start doing leg exercises even if you have pain and swelling still.

  • @2mariebl - Yep, sometimes I do not understand what the doctors are trying to do...However, My question to you is what are you doing to address the pain otherwise?

  • @reboundman09 - This is a tension pattern that the knee is holding onto to protect itself from an initial injury/accident...functional for the injury/dysfunctional for you to be able to jump to the max...go to The Knee Pain Guru dot Com and get my free report...I believe it will help you out and point you in a good direction....

  • @lilsk8man12 - What are you doing for the knee between falls?

  • @zumieziloveyou - Hi Marissa, I know exactly where you are coming from...My knees have hyper extended ever since I can remember...Yes there are exercises that can help...I will post it as a reply...Make sure you go to my website - The Knee Pain Guru and get my free report as well...Pain in your knee is not a result of the knee hyper extending...It is a function of the interference on the nerves in the knee joint...Fluid build up may be a symptom or contributing factor not the cause...
