STOCKHOLM (11/26/2010) - A Stockholm appeals court reaffirmed a guilty verdict Friday on three of four people behind the Pirate Bay website. The three were originally each sentenced to a year in prison for being accessories to copyright-related crimes. The appeals court reduced their sentences to between 4 and 10 months. It also raised the damages they must collectively pay, from 32 million to 46 million Swedish kronor, that's from about 4.6 million to 6.6 million US dollars.
