Ruben Piirainen leads the congregation of Unitarian Universalist Church West (Brookfield, Wisconsin) in singing Sally Rogers' song "Circle of the Sun" at a Summer Solstice ritual.
Oh my gosh, this is great! As an aspiring music teacher for young children, I'm going to try teaching this to the 3 to 5-year-olds at the preschool I'm volunteering at this summer, using my 'ipu heke. I love the version on the Digging in the Dirt CD, but this slow, chant-like version is great too. Thank you so much for posting this!
Thanks so much for posting this beautiful song! I needed to learn it to teach at our church, and this was a perfect way to learn it and to learn how to teach it. Thank you!
Love this. I've known this song and sung it with audiences forever, but how nice to see your interpretation of it! Thanks!
