  • I was scared to ride in the ambulance when I broke my T12. The EMT that started my IV was nice.

  • nice siren

  • o come on really, i kinda like it. Well except for at night them things tend to piss you off.

  • yea, read my other comment on this video.

  • passed out when i heard this, scared me that bad... had the volume down pretty low, too.

  • haha

  • Wow , must be rush hour outside the station to initiate the bad ass GE Siren

  • LMFAO I love it powercalls on a box

  • u gotta a prob w/ wackers

  • Nothing like the Ge PowerCall siren still have one to this day the warble tone does clear the traffic !!!!!!!!!

  • A lot better than any Code 3 ever could....

  • NICE!!! No siren is better then powercall. What year did you get it

  • Feckin' Whackers!

  • I dont care for them at all that sound would drive me crazy

  • Ah the powercall....my company switch all of our trucks over to them a few years ago, except for Engine 2-2, because that has no electronic siren at all. At first I didn't like them, but now I can't live without them.

Check out my vids for some cool powercall responses.

  • powercall have been around since the 70's and were used very heavily on the east coast...philidelphia police used them in the 70's,80's, and 90's...dc fire dept did also in the 70's and 80's...where im from the powercall tradition never died and you had some companies spending 250$ for a 20 year old powercall siren...we even have a guys that can convert the hi lo tone on pa200 sirens to make it sound like a powercall...that siren right there is what sparked my interest in the fire service

  • Sounds more like a back-up alarm to me.

  • That siren sounds like a car alarm. Dont know how you could get people to pull over without it.
