We are a group of three students, all prospective teachers, from the College of Wooster. Upon reading Larry D. Rosen's book Rewired, we were intrigued by some of his ideas pertaining to the use of technology in the classroom. In particular, we feel that social media, with its current popularity and presence in the lives of adolescent students, could be utilized as an effective classroom tool. Our goal is to inform 8th grade teachers about the use of social media in the classroom and to provide a resource linking teachers to other useful sites and information.

Share your thoughts and ideas with us; They would be greatly appreciated!
