THE OTHER PROBLEM IS ALL THE CRIMES THE POLICE COMMITED AGAINST US AS DISABLED CITIZENS. IT IS A MISDEMEANER TO IMPEDE A SERVICE ANIMAL IN ITS DUTY , YET TIME AFTER TIME THE SAN DIEGO POLICE DID THIS. IN 2008 . THE VIDEOS ARE ON THIS SITE. ANOTHER THING THEY DID WAS DENY US DISABILITY PARKING. AND IN ALL THESE CRIMES INCLUDING A RECENT CRIME OF ASSULT ON MY SON BY OFFICER TRACY IN A VIDEO THIS SEPT. 25 th. A COMPLAINT WAS REGISTERED WITH INTERNAL AFFAIRS WHO HOUNDED ME TO FORGIVE OFFICER TRACY. OFFICER TRACY WAS NOT DISAPLINED FOR HIS ASSULT ON A DISABLED CITIZEN. THEN IN THE FOLLOWING MONTHS TWO MORE OFFICERS WERE COMPLAINED ABOUT FOR BANGING ON OUR VEHICLE WITH NIGHT STICKS AND BOTH OFFICERS GAVE ME TICKETS FOR THE SAME THING IN A TWENTY FOUR HR. PERIOD. EXPIRED REGISTRATION. ON THE LAST DAYS OF THE MONTH ON A WEEKEND SEPT 29. AND 30. I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH INTERNAL AFFAIRS WHO DID NOTHING BUT SEND THE CVOMPLAINT TO CAPT AHEARN A GUY WHO HOUNDED US IN 2008. VIDEOS FROM THAT PERIOD ON OUR SITE. LT NOW CAPTAIN AHERN TOLD ME THAT THE COMPLAINT AGAINST THE OFFICERS WAS ALREADY TAKEN CARE OF BY ME IN A CONVERSATION WITH SOME OBSCURE SGT AND IT WAS OVER. THAT IS HOW THE COPS WORK . THEY CAN COMMITTE CRIMES AND NO ACCOUNTABILITY. THEY LIE CHEAT AND STEAL, COMMITTE RAPES AND MURDER ROBERIES. ITS ALL OVER THE NEWS DAILY. THIER BEHAVIOR TOWARDS THE OCCUPIERS IS AN EXAMPLE . SHEAR BRUTALITY FOR THE SAKE OF IT AND NO ACCOUNTABILITY. WE HAVE BEEN MADE TO SUFFER AS TWO DISABLED PERSONS OVER AND OVER BY POLICE AND BEUROCRATS. THE SAN DIEGO HOUSING COMMISSION IS AN EXAMPLE. THEY ARE MANDATED BY LAW TO ASSIST THE DISABLED IN SECURING HOUSING. IN OUR CASE THE HOUSING COMMISSION REFUSED TO DO THAT. THEY KEPT SENDING US REFERALS TO THE GHETO PARTS OF THE CITY WHEN WE HAD A SEC. CHOICE VOUCHER, WHICH ALLOWES US TO LIVE IN UPSCALE NEIGHBORHOODS.THEN THERE WERE THE REFERALS THAT WERE FOR WHEELCHAIR ACCESSABLE HOMES THAT WERE NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSABLE. AND NO ACCOUNTABILITY. THIS IS HOW OUR BEUROCRATES WORK . WASHINGTON NEEDS MORE CONTROLE OVER STATES INSTEAD OF LESS. LEAVING YOUR RIGHTS PROTECTIONS UP TO THE STATE IS PUTTING A LION IN YOUR LIVING ROOM. ! WHILE SENATERS AND CONGRESSMEN ENGAGE THIER TIME GETTING REALECTED, AND THE PRESADENT OBAMA WHO AS A DEMOCRATE I AM DISAPOINTED WITH , BECAUSE OF HIS LACK OF ATTENTION TO THE POOR AND DISABLED HAS LET US ALL DOWN. BUT WHAT CHOICE DO WE HAVE ? EVIL OR EVILER. REMEMBER AT TIME OF ELECTION WHO IS HELLPING THE POOR AND DISABLED, THE WORKING MAN , THE MIDDLE CLASS, NO ONE!! THAT IS WHY WE AND MILLIONS OF OTHER AMERICANS ARE HOMELESS! AND WHAT REALY GETS ME IS THE VETS. THE MEN AND WOMAN WHO PUT THIER LIVES ON THE LINE FOR AN UNGREATFULL COUNTRY. AND A COUNTRY THAT TELLS A RAPED LITTLE GIRL SHE MUST MARRY HER RAPIST. WHO THE HELL ARE THESE PEOPLE!! THE NO. 1 REASON FOR THE LOUSY IMAGE OF THE USA IS THE POLICE! THE POLICE HAVE DESTROYED OUR IMAGE AS A DEMOCRACY AND A FREE COUNTRY. THE WHOLE WORLD IS WATCHING THE COPS BELITTLE THE IMAGE OF A FREE AND OPEN COUNTRY. WE TRY TO SELL DEMOCRTACY TO OTHER COUNTRIES WHILE OTHER COUNTRIES WATCH THE POLICE STATE WE NOW LIVE IN. THE POLITICIANS ARE SLEEPING . DO THEY NOT SEE THE ILLEGAL POLICE ACTIONS HAPPENING ALL ACCROSS THIS COUNTRY, TO STUDENTS AND OLD LADIES AND EVEN CHILDREN . BEING INDISCRIMANETLY POUNDED ON AND DRENCHED WITH MACE BY THE GALLONS. WHY IS THE PRESADENT OF THESE UNITED STATES NOT SAYING A THING, NOR ARE ANY OF THE POLITICIANS. OR AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL. WHERE ARE YOU ALL? SOMEONE NEEDS TO DRAW THE LINE ON ILLEGAL POLICE ACTIONS AGAINST OUR CITIZENS. WHAT IS IT GOING TO TAKE TO MAKE IT STOP. ?In the video i talk about one police officer who asked about formating his hard drive , because of the lights in our eyes its imposible to see who you are talking to so i didnt realize it was an officer who was actualy not taking part in this discrace he did not want too take the sr mr wicks and his 450 lb wheelchair to jail. i mistakenly made a comment about why he wanted his hard drive formated , i had believed it was the cop who actualy arested my son . he was actualy being nice but i couldnt see him. the practice of blinding citizens with high beam lights is a real problem for elderly citizens. however the thing remains true that formating a drive erases the drive! and i am not acusing any one of actualy doing this! amen!

What a bunch of bullsh*t. Looking at cars is not a crime. You'd be required to cooperate IF there was a crime committed. All they claim was reported is somebody looked a car that the pig who called it in thought suspicious. Notice this, the "call" the dispatcher claimed they received was all in PIG LINGO. Obviously the human garbage who made this report was himself a pig. Definitely this was a setup.
