that is FAR AWAY from Bhastrika - only 8 pumps without power - whats that inhaling noise??? - you do more kumbhak than breathing - you do not explain when you exhale or inhale - with Antara Kumbhaka no Uddhiyana Bandha ... you should learn it properly and then explain to the watchers or just leave it...

I believe in ashtanga yoga as discribed in yoga sutras by patangali. Yama, niyam, asana, pranayam, pratyahara, dharana, dhayana, samadhi. 8 steps to bhramanada.
google what is Yama and niyama and asanas as discribed in yoga sutras "Sthir sukham asanam". So you need to practice yama niyama and asanas befor u jump on to pranayama.
