ARMED POLICE THREATEN TO SIEZE A CAMERA AS EVIDENCE OF THE CRIME THE ARMED POLICE WHERE ENGAED IN THEY CALLED A TOW TRUCK TO STEAL A LADIES CAR THEY ALLEDGED HER TAX HAD RAN OUT 9 DAYS EARLIER SHE PROTESTED THAT SHE WAS GETTING TAX THAT DAY AND BELIVED SHE HAD 14DAYS IN WHICH TO GET IT THE POLICE LATER ALLOWED HER TO KEEP HER CAR, AT THE END OF THIS VIDEO THE OFFICER SHOUTS THAT HE WILL SHOOT THE CAMERA MAN IF HE DOESNT GET AWAY FROM VEHICLE, HE IS THEN CHASED INTO A CHILDRENS SCHOOL PLAYGROUND WHERE HORRIFIED WITNESSES WATCH ON THE BATTER WAS FLAT AT THIS POINT.

If there is no double yellows then he is allowed to park there.... also all the cars that did mount the pavement are actually the ones committing an offence. According to the Highway Code and Sect 18 of the RTA it is illegal for cars to mount pavements unless entering a driveway or other road.
