Many people seem to be spamming this phrase, oblivious to its actual backstory.

In episode 8 of the YoGPoD, Simon and Lewis are discussing legally changing their names. During these discussions, the name "Dave Exclamation Mark Yogpod" is brought up and Simon suggests that one of the listeners should change their name to that. This name stuck with people, and with time it morphed into "I am Dave! Yognaut". In the YoGPoD episode 32, Simon reads a letter from "Nick Fuckface", where the "and I have the balls!"-part is first added. This is an excerpt from the YoGPoD episode 32 where Simon reads this letter.
