Yoga Nidra is an old tantric technique of relaxation, if you correctly follow the practice then you will fall into a state of deep relaxation. A good way is to practise before going to sleep.
Lie down on the floor or on your bed on your back, feet 30cm apart, arms slightly outwards and with your palms facing up. Keep your eyes closed. Adjust your body and clothes before you start, because once you start it is best if you do not move or open your eyes. Cover yourself with a thin blanket and turn off the light .
With your breath you will visit all the different parts of your body , developing feelings for each part of it. We will start with the right side of the body after we move to the left , the back, the head, the front and all the body together .
