First of all, you're not a Tenor. Don't try to be one by singing those high notes in full voice. If you're that determined to get those notes use your falsetto. Secondly, you look in pain when you are singing. Don't tense up your face so much. Keep it nice and relaxed. That goes double for your throat. you may think it looks better when you stretch it out, but it's just hurting your voice. Believe me, I know what I'm talking about. I give voice lessons and have performed numerous times.
