@craniifer Do you mean 'Shoggoth on the Roof' or that cheap imitation about a fiddler? (;,;)
-
There needs to be more of this

Eh...it was okay. I preferred the original story.

I have heard it was staged in Sydney sometime in 2008, but haven't been able to substantiate the claim.

Ooh, well this is a whole different story. I thought you guys did the entire musical and this is just a segment you filmed. Well yeah, I suppose no point in dressing up for just a few minutes on the stage.

There is no 'rest' of it. We combined the Carter/Warren scenes to make an isolated sketch. Sorry dude.

That was pretty good, but couldn't you guys have at least dressed up more appropriately for the time period? It really would have enhanced the feel.

I didn't have time for a costume change, and I don't think I could have gotten period costuems on such short notice... Also, what would period costumes for the 20's be? I thought they had white dress shirts and black pants back then too :P

Well yes, they did. But you don't really wear them like they would in the 1920's. I've yet to see a picture of an intellectual from that time (since Carter and Warren are such....more or less) who wore his shirt untucked. As for what would be period clothing - just get a nice plain suit. Brown, gray, black. Also a fedora or bowler hat would probably add to the feel.

If we were doing the whole thing we'd go for full costume but we were just doing this little snippit, and I thought we should look alittle unkempt... Running around graveyards and whatnot.
