  • @abuumaiyah i agree and also keep your detemination burning and up because it is the fuel that keeps you going in your diet, keep motivated and determined because any exercise will not work if are not willing to do it with force. NO PAIN NO GAIN thats what they say. ^ ^

  • One thing a lot of people forget...the most important thing to remember when trying to get ripped (in particular a six pack) is that you need to burn off more calories than you consume. In other words, either eat 1000's of calories a day and work your butt off in gym for hours daily (like swimmer Michael Phelps) or replace your car with a bicycle, do a few gym exercises every other day and be extra careful with calorie intake!

    So your right about the pushups but not about everything else. You have to run long distances to lose the weight they do, like over 10 miles, which takes a lot longer than an Insanity workout. Crunches only work your upper abs, and super defined four-pack does not look that good (in my opinion). Now pull ups are not an arm workout, they are for your back. Chin ups work your biceps and pull ups work your triceps, but only a little, you won't get ripped. All of these things are

  • the way i see it is just do running to lose weight do crunches to get abs do pusshups to get big chest and do pull ups to get big arms

  • Is there any harder workout than insanity.

  • I doubt Shaun T got his arms just by doing this program. Looks like he loves curls and tricep exercises. Still a great program to follow if you're just looking to cut up and get in shape though.

  • I don't understand how all these people come out of here with big biceps when they don't even do bicep exercises
