owl and mouse

this is some foootage I shot and edited in my backyard of a wild barred owl. I got very close to him and edited some extra footage to make a storyline. i hope ypu enjoy it.please let me know. Greg

So she got the mouse? Did she stay in sight to eat it? That would have been good to show. It looks like she's fairly used to you. Did you supply the mouse?

Nice back yard. Looks like a national park. Build her a nest box and see her a lot more next nesting season, if you're lucky.

I live on acreage in Langley, British Columbia. I saw three young owls last pearched on a telephone wire. I throw some pebbles on the ground which they flew down to investigate.A few months later I could hear the familiar screech call and found this guy behind our house.I couched him in and added the mouse later.These birds are very cruious, and he flew within 10 feet of me.
