FOR FILMMAKERS: This is my first music video, and I shot it with my new Canon 5D mark ii. I used only the 24-70 f2.8L lens during the whole video. This lens doesn't have an Image stabilizer, so I used my homebuilt steadycam and shoulder rig to prevent shaky footage.

My friend Stephen St. Peter was with me shooting this video. He used the same lens but on a Canon 7D. He used a shoulder rig during the whole video.

Can you see what is shot with the 7D and the 5D? Probably not. The video quality is very much the same. So if you are interested in making films without to much money, I would go for the Canon 7D or Canon 550D :)

I colorgraded the video so it looked a bit like it was shot with an older camera. The band wanted that kind of look :)
