    It took me 9 hours to beat this and it only took 3 hours for me to get to level 8-2! What a miserably cruel game. To beat it is to claim 8-bit immortality.

    Five hours!!? That;s actually not too bad, especially considering the insanity that happens at the end. In fact when I first started my first attempt at "completing" my NES games in alphabetical order it was this game that brought me to my knees and an end to my ambitions at finishing all my NES games.

    Took longer than I would have liked. There is even a nice 30-40 minute pause going on in there around level 8-2 or 8-3. Had to go eat and do a few other things before I finished it off.

    This reminds me of inner crying childhood. Twilight zone for this game, but I loved the sequels after that.
