This is my 4th and last set of the workout... I get 1min 30 seconds rest between sets!!
Circuit goes like this..
3mins Boxing
1min Skipping
13 a side Alternating cheat curls with 5kg dumbells
1min Stepups
45seconds Sky punches with 3kg dumbells
6 shuttle runs across studio..
100% dedication, intense effort smokin physique - really drives me to boost my interval training and give it all I've got ;)
