The song is Thai and I got it from a compilation of songs from a friend..... Sorry I do not know the name of it......

Bangkok is considered "Venice of the erast" 'cos of all the canals. Traffic, highrises pollution & congestion do not take this away. Anyway if you look at the European Venice, the polution is far greater there..... N

Small world, indeed. I love this part of the world and Vientiane is like a peaceful backwater compared to the towns of Thailand.

@nfsutton That's awesome. I'm from Udon originally and my parents have a house there. They used to live in Vientiane a few years ago too. Small world.

I visited Vientiane about 3 years ago. I was surprised at how beautiful the city was.

Thanks... I lived in Bangkok for 18 months before moving to Vientiane..... Now I visit Udon Thani once a month for supplies!!!!!
