Box Squat:255+M.Bands3x2Quad pain returned on the 3rd set. I'm not sure if this is an actual injury or what. It feels more like a recurrent cramp than an injury, but I'm definitely taking a few weeks off squatting from here on. Chain suspended Goodmornings:225x3275x3315x3365x3395x3405x3 (PR)
