One thing that they need to know that we as (Eritrean) well have our own spicy flavor even though Ethiopian has spicy pepper but we do not get our from them. and also Kitfo is not Ethiopian food but it is in some part of norther Ethiopia bordering Eritrea. But Kitfo is a well know in the Eritrean Food along with Zigni, Keyeh Tsebhi, and other.
Actually, the meal is called injera. It's a collective name like you would call Pasta. When you say Pasta there are many different kinds of pasta dishes, Lasagna, Spaghetti, Penne, Al forno and so on...

Since when is kitfo Eritrean? It's a Gurage food, so it's exclusively Ethiopian.

i would like to say that there is a different in the flavor of the Food, It just depends what your taste budds likes, but i like eritrean way of making the berbere, it has more flavor.
Eritrea and Etiophia are to individual countrys that has different ways of living and different languages. TOTALLY different, it's like saying that all Asian eats the same and talk the same, eeeeeehh no we are all different. That's what makes life fun!
