@staystrong7 And that's one of the main reasons I've stopped watching anime, the whole "friend zone" foolishness, you know here better than anyone, you like her, she likes you, you'd protect her by any means necessary, but you refuse to go any further with her just because you've known her too long?

It's why the childhood friend character in anime never gets the guy, and it's annoying... =/

@MasakanSolaris I guess people do hate it for the sake of it, and probably the fan-art too. Childhood friends always hold extreme bonds, that's why I don't believe Fayt x Maria ending should work well. What I think would've happened is Fayt would've denied Maria.

It's obvious from the start that Fayt has extreme affection for Sophia.
