This was an art/science collaboration in the form of a life-sized whale. This tent sculpture was created by the students of Julian Charter School. Jason Rogalski coordinated their ideas and energy. Brandie Maddalena helped with structure and concept, Kevin Paluzzi made the whale song soundtracks. It was exhibited at the San Diego Science Festival 3/26/2011, where hundreds of people flowed through it. It is a free standing structure, but for this show was shown inside the larger BioEASI tent that hosted an adjoining art project for kids.
