@rustyshank1 Being a competitive strongman and iron sport athlete for years, that isn't a gut but a thick torso of muscle. A great byproduct of lifting really heavy implements. I am not 3% body fat, but that is suggesting that the best sport coaches should be the best athletes too? Great coaches can coach and that is what I do.
