Of course:)Central Asia is motherland of Turks.Old GokTurk Empire's capital city Otuken was established in this area.Turkey Turks'(Oghuzs) and Tuva Turks' ancestors are same.We speak same language,different dialects.Tuvans,Sahas,Altaians­,Kyrgyzs,Khazaks, Turkmens,Uighurs,Oghuzs(Turkey Turks).. are One nation.All Turks used to live in same area,but some Turks migrated to other places(example:Huns2Europe).Og­huzs (Turkey)Turks are migrated to Asia Minor,established new empires( Seljuks, Ottomans).
