  • A masterpiece!! I couldn't quite make out the formations. Was there a firebird in there somewhere?

  • No, unfortunately there is no firebird in there, except from the oolorguard with flags at the finale.

  • wow samos band got much better since i grad from there in 2000

  • Oh yeah. I really think that the main reason is that we have a new assistant band director, Dr. Ramirez, who is really able to make us do magnificent things. And then of course, Mr. Sakow is still our band director. We still have those old uniforms, we use them as football uniforms and these white ones are for comps and public preformances only.

  • sounds pretty good, but it would have sounded better it a mellophone had played the solo not a trombone.

  • i think you guys did an alright job.

we did Carmina Burana mixed with the Firebird this past year and since then i've loved it.

    Good Luck in the future!

  • This was horrible.

  • We were playing this for our show this year. We did great. Go Pit and Go Tigers!

  • The trumpets overpowered everything else

  • My praise for your band is unlimited sir. The second greatest ballet ever written (first of course being Rite of Spring) being brought to the marching field has certainly refined this overlooked competitive activity. Kudos!

  • thats not a very good preformance of the song but the marching was good

  • I'm playing the firebird for my freshman year. I think it is a little bit difficult.

  • Ahhhh good memories of marching this show lol It was only like two years ago but it feels like a long time ago

  • its weird ive been trying to find a band thats played the firebird like my band is playing now but i cant...this is so soft and inoccent compared to our version that were playing
