this was a very good performance. my band played Firebird for the closer, you should check it out.

sounds pretty good, but it would have sounded better it a mellophone had played the solo not a trombone.

i think you guys did an alright job.
we did Carmina Burana mixed with the Firebird this past year and since then i've loved it.

My praise for your band is unlimited sir. The second greatest ballet ever written (first of course being Rite of Spring) being brought to the marching field has certainly refined this overlooked competitive activity. Kudos!

I'm playing the firebird for my freshman year. I think it is a little bit difficult.

its weird ive been trying to find a band thats played the firebird like my band is playing now but i cant...this is so soft and inoccent compared to our version that were playing
A masterpiece!! I couldn't quite make out the formations. Was there a firebird in there somewhere?

No, unfortunately there is no firebird in there, except from the oolorguard with flags at the finale.

Oh yeah. I really think that the main reason is that we have a new assistant band director, Dr. Ramirez, who is really able to make us do magnificent things. And then of course, Mr. Sakow is still our band director. We still have those old uniforms, we use them as football uniforms and these white ones are for comps and public preformances only.
