I'll try this way of bringing the hoop up! it's really nice!
i think adding flow to ur hooping is important and that's why, in my opinion, when I see some videos of hoopers I think they suck although they can do some tricks. Tricks only is lifeless for me (well ... I have to admit that for some it works but it's the one who have AMAZING tricks).
for my first (and right now only) vids, I did it to celebrate my 3 month of hooping and I danced a lot in it :)

This is excellent because some of us CAN'T AFFORD TO GO TO BALI, hahahaha, what a concept, huh? I mean I'm glad they are doing what they love and earning a living at it, the universe KNOWS I would LOVE to do that myself... however, learning flow and dancing is by far the hardest part, I think. This is the first tutorial I have seen that is FREE that gives ANY insight whatsoever into that idea of HOW? How do I flow? I mean the answer is simple, but it helps to hear it from a hoop "star".
