This has got to be one of the most sickening videos I have ever seen. I'm not sure what's the single worst thing about it though: Is it the implicit racism or the cultural ignorance, Rove's utter unfunkiness or just the black guy smiling contently while his people are ridiculed?

The problem here, is that for people who live in Bumfuck, Kansas or Texas, they don't tend to get out much, and they have no clue what's going on in the rest of the world or country...hell, most conservatives don't even own a passport because it isn't necessary when the only place they vacation to is Disneyworld or Graceland.
