Cuz they were ruled militarily and India is only 64 years old as a independent country after that. It takes a while to rebuild after being looted trillions of dollars.

brother who told u to take this in negative way..skyscrapers can be seen in almost all parts of this world and its not a big thing..but some thig like this?can u se in any other country??this is not a small thing..can u ride a moped with full load and a person in front ??i felt this is a great thig ths y i uploaded here..not feeling inferior and i am very proud to be an Indian and i thk India is the best and be world power soon..Jai Hind
