Everybody I will tell u something how to Install windows 7 Skin it will work i am sure !!! First Of all Download the Windows 7 skin from His Link. Then When you finish the Download Extract it To Local C: Disc Open the file...Install The Fonts Install themes.exe Then Install UX THEME PATCHER(search this from google and download it) Then UX THEME PATCHER wil say you to restart ur pc When u finish Restarting PC Then TADA!! it will work Contact Me and I will Work for u guys

Dude....I Have Winrar i did everything like u did but the problem was It changed my theme to classic Theme so u might fix the problem but when u want ur theme back..

1.right click

2.properties

3.Themese

4.click on My current Theme

@straightedgepunkable I don't know what to tell you, I made this video years ago on a computer that I no longer have, with I process that I don't even remember how to do, because I haven't done it in 2 years, some people in the comment section have some pretty good ideas

sure HOPE it does not slow down my pc with this theme... by the way, i find using "folderchanger" does help changes my pc look too. It worked well. Yahoo or google search "folderchanger" to get it.
